Kintrishi National Park

Kintrishi National Park is located in a beautiful resort of Georgia – Kobuleti. It has high class visitor center where tourist are able to get information about protected areas of Georgia. Kintrishi Protected Areas is located 24 km far from Visitors’ Centre, 300-2500 meters above the sea level.


Visitors have an opportunity to enjoy 2 trails of Tamari Arch Bridge (1 day pedestrian route), Utkhovari and Lake Tbikeli routes (2 days pedestrian and horse riding tours). There are arranged camping and picnic areas as well as fire places are arranged around the route.

Visitors have a chance to see Tamari Arch Bridge and ruins of Khinotsminda Church dated with 12th century, Saint George Monastery, wine-jars, waterfalls, Utkhovari and Lake Tbikeli.

Kintrishi Protected Areas is the favourite destination for scientist as well since there are rare species of flora.

Basrimeli Stone Arch Bridge

Basrimeli Stone Arch Bridge is located in village Kobalauri. The bridge is constructed in 19th century. It is 20 km far from Kobuleti. Transportation is available by public transport as well as by taxi.

Tetrosani Monastery

Tetrosani Monastery is located in village Khutsubani territory, 5 km far from Kobuleti. Transportation is available by any kind of transportation. According to the history, there was caravan road through Khino-Kobuleti, which as well as was connected to the main highway of Georgia-Byzantium. 

Chekheda’s St. Giorgi Church

Chekheda’s St. Giorgi Church is located in Village Leghva, 17 km far from Kobuleti. The church is constructed in 18th century. Any kind of transportation as public transport as well as taxi are available.

Petra Fortress

Petra Fortress is located in village Tsikhisdziri, on the crossroad of Batumi and Kobuleti. The fortress is 5 km far from Kobuleti. Earlier it was named as Kajeti Fortress. The monument was the one of the episcopal center that was built in 1878. During Russia –Turkey war the fortress played extremely important role in Ottoman Turk’s banishment. 

Zeda Kvirike Domed Church

Zeda Kvirike Domed Church is located in Kobuleti, village Zeda Kviriketi which is constructed in 19th century. It is 10 km far from Kobuleti. Transportation is available by public transportation and as well as by private one. 

St. Mariam Church

St. Mariam Church is located in Kobuleti region, village Dagva constructed in 19th century. Every 28th of August here is celebrated Mariamoba. The place is visited by many tourists.
